Thank you for visiting our agency. We are proud to provide social services to families and children nationwide. We exist because of our belief that every child has the fundamental right to live in a supportive home environment that increases the child’s ability to thrive, offers an opportunity for therapeutic learning and provides opportunity for a one on one relationship with a consistent caregiver(s). N.O.A.H. recognizes that therapeutic foster parents who are properly trained and fully supported can more effectively and cost-efficiently meet the child’s needs. Foster care is designed to provide therapeutic opportunities that aid in the decrease of emotional problems, teach positive behavior and improve social skills. The purpose of Neighbors Organized to Assist Humanity, Inc., (N.O.A.H.) is to provide children with a loving, supportive home environment, to assist both birth and foster families in creating an environment that will safely and successfully meet the needs of both children and families. Realizing that the cultural heritage and religion of every child is valuable and should be preserved, N.O.A.H. is committed to utilizing church and community involvement to aid in the preservation of the cultural heritage and religion of each child. N.O.A.H. strongly believes in placing children in their family and community of origin whenever possible.
