Compensation / Benefits
In accordance with applicable law, the following benefits are provided to all employees:
- Worker’s Compensation Insurance
- Unemployment Compensation Insurance
- Social Security/Medicare
Worker’s compensation insurance provides financial protection in case you are injured or become ill as a result of your employment. This coverage complies with applicable State worker’s compensation laws, and N.O.A.H. pays the entire cost of this protection.
Based on your earning, N.O.A.H. pays the State and federal government for your unemployment insurance benefits. These benefits are paid to you by the State should an employee become unemployed and qualify for assistance under the laws governing this insurance.
Coverage under FICA entitles you and your family to certain health and retirement benefits based on your income and the number of years you have worked. N.O.A.H. contributes to this coverage by paying one-half of your FICA obligation.
